  I recently bought a T-CON board for a Sony Bravia XBR-65X900A. After shopping around, the price from TvPartsGuy was by far the best, including shipping to the east coast where I live. The real value from purchasing from this company though was the tremendous service I received after the board arrived. Upon installing the new board and starting up the TV a new display problem had arose. It turned out that I had damaged one of the ribbon cables when doing the swap. TvPartsGuy typically sells B2B, and they knew that I was a 1 time customer; however they still treated me urgency and even spent 4 different phone calls helping me diagnose the problem and solving it. They sent me new ribbon cables for free, and even a new T-CON just in case the previous one they sent me was damaged. Best price, great service, but overall this is a company that operates with the highest level of integrity.
